Conditions of Shipping Purchases

1. All prices are F.O.B. our warehouse in Indianapolis, IN. All freight charges are paid by the customer.

2. All items must be ordered in full cases unless otherwise noted. Case packs are shown next to each description. Use quantity of pieces in the case pack as your amount ordered. For multiple cases, your order will be in total piece quantity. Shipping restrictions apply to some items, such as glass and polyresin items. We can ship certain non-fragile merchandise UPS; such as some of our toys, knives/swords, and jewelry. Most of the polyresin, framed pictures, figurines, porcelain dolls, etc. we will not ship UPS. All of our merchandise is shippable by LTL carrier. We are provided discounts by certain carriers.

3. We sell wholesale only. You must have a state sales tax number or tax-exempt number to purchase from Opportunity Buys, Inc. Please fax or email a copy of your driver’s license to prove identity, your business phone number, and your State Tax ID Certificate to sales@obiwholesale.com or call 317-353-6684

4. To place an order online, click on “Members Login”. This will take you to our online catalog where you may view products, pricing, place your order and view your invoice.

5. Sales on obiwholesale.com are wholesale only. Minimum order: $100

6. Payment Terms: OBI Wholesale accepts all major credit cards only. All shipping charges are prepaid at time order is placed. No C.O.D. shipments.

7. We do not warranty or guarantee freight rates.

8. Upon receipt of merchandise, customer must inspect shipment. Any damages, shortages or missing shrink wrap must be noted on the carriers delivery receipt. You must notify the Sales Office within 7 days for a claim to be filed. We have a strict NO RETURN POLICY.

9. Any factory/concealed damage, defects or missing parts must be reported within 7 days of receiving. No returns will be accepted without authorization from the Sales Office. After this 7 day period, Opportunity Buys, Inc. is not liable for said merchandise and will not accept or file claims.

10. To see our low prices, order merchandise; you must register with Opportunity Buys. Registration is free and because we are wholesale only, we do not supply pricing information to anyone who has not sufficiently proven they are a vendor. If you are currently registered, you may login using your email address as the ID (provided you have supplied us with your email address) and the last 6 digits of your tax id number as your password.
